Dudley-Charlton Youth Lacrosse Association stresses the fact that athletics should be a rewarding experience for all that are involved.

Dudley-Charlton Youth Boy’s Lacrosse Association Vision Statement: The DCYLA is committed to building the highest quality Massachusetts Youth Lacrosse program possible characterized by integrity and sportsmanship while being a uniting force for the communities that we serve.

DCYLA Team Goals

1. To operate the DCYLA Lacrosse Program in a manner that is consistent with the educational philosophy of our hosts, the Dudley-Charlton Regional School District.

2. To provide a positive student-athlete experience thereby promoting academics, development of life skills, and the physical and social well-being of all our student-athletes.

3. To compete at the highest level possible while maintaining the highest degree of integrity, ethical and moral conduct, and sportsmanship.

4. To promote and represent the Communities of Dudley-Charlton and Southern Worcester County as well as the Boy’s Lacrosse Program in a manner consistent to the Mission of the Dudley-Charlton Youth Lacrosse Association.
